Madeline is a true creative and lover of all things art and design. She grew up drawing, painting, and always working on imaginative projects. She holds Bachelors degrees in both Art and Business, so it’s only fitting that she started a creative business of her own. Madeline has always been enamored with the entire creative process. Once she dreams up an idea, she won’t stop until she brings it to life. As soon as she stumbled upon the art of floral design, she knew this was the path she would would walk. Combining her creativity, love of design, and of course FLOWERS! It’s a true match made in heaven.
Madeline was born and raised in Boise, Idaho and moved to Greenville, South Carolina in 2021 with her husband and their dog Bisbee (he’s named after an old mining town in Arizona!). She loves to spend her free time outdoors (i.e. gardening, going for walks, and foraging for flowers), designing spaces in her home, and taking road trips to all of the places around her new roots in the South.

Madeline’s philosophy is to create intentional and organic floral designs; truly unique and not only inspired by nature, but actually borrowed from it. She enjoys working with seasonal product from local flower farms and foraging for ingredients wherever she can. Her favorite ingredient comes from the honeysuckle vine growing in her backyard - the perfect touch of whimsy.
Madeline Blooms focuses on using sustainable mechanics. Not only is it much better for the environment, we believe it leads to much more natural look and organic movement within designs. Instead of floral foam, we opt for using chicken wire, pin frogs, and are always getting creative with new mechanics.
